For those who park at night and have to back in /or unload in minimal light conditions having a good light bar is good as gold! I use the same brand as my impact wrench that way I can use the same batteries. This gem has saved my bacon while backing on many a tired , dark, rainy night. It beats the hell out of riding your breaks to get a little bit of light

Thanks everyone for contributing to this post. As a new solo driver- getting my truck this week. This is so helpful!

I’m probably an oddball but I keep a tool box on the truck with a bit of everything in it so I won’t make a big list but one thing I definitely recommend for anyone is a small spray bottle with dawn dish soap and water in it. It works exceptionally well on sliders, 5th wheel slider and the pins by getting rid of dirt buildup and getting rid of some of the gelled up grease that can build up. It’s also slick so it does provide a bit of lubrication as well.

It’s also good for determining the point of pesky little leaks
