As long as you are not on the driveline for at least 30 consecutive minutes, the cumulative effect of any combination of on-duty, off-duty, or sleeper will satisfy the 30 minute break

I have been driving for 30 years and have seen a lot of stuff on the road. One of the things I have seen in the past is the D.O.T. In some states turning less than 40 minutes of Sleeper time or Off Duty time to On Duty time because less than 30 minutes in that status was not allowed. But since the new Cumulative 30 minute break rule to satisfy the 8 hours rule. I have not heard much talk about this happening. So my question is… Has anyone had their less than 30 sleeper time or off duty time to on duty time on a D.O.T. Inspection in any State in the USA? I would really like to hear from the other drivers on this site. Thanks
