Here is another thing. If the company ever gets audited, and he fueled up while logged off, and can not provide logs, the company can get dinged and possibly lose their scale pre-pass privileges if enough people do it.

Melton called me a month ago. I'm fine hauling dry bulk, for now. I get 25% of the load. Next weeks check will suck (compared to others) as I had only one delivery in each of two days last week. Total number of deliveries was 10 for the week.
I might be looking at CTS in a year or two.
