Want To Become A Trucker

Been here twice before Johnny. Am out in mountain jungle type place 27kms from Cebu City. Just came from Lapu-Lapu, bought a Suzuki SUV that can handle the mud rutted road up here. Now to resell a van type multicab 4x4 manual, and a dirt bike bought here too lol

I have a lot of friends out here, natives,and ex-pats

Like it fine so far, have a tiny lil Pinay gf n her 2 kids ....Tease her she looks like little girl @31 years old, 4 ft 6" lol....Known her past 6 years, she became a widow last April. Her hubby actually had told her, maybe she could get with me after he was gone, since I was a good guy. Poor guy died at 42 of brain tumor April of 2021

Time will tell, no rush to marry just yet (but she is a good option) hard working province farmer girl with her flowers....hahaha

TWIC:

Transportation Worker Identification Credential

Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.

Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

APU:

Auxiliary Power Unit

On tractor trailers, and APU is a small diesel engine that powers a heat and air conditioning unit while charging the truck's main batteries at the same time. This allows the driver to remain comfortable in the cab and have access to electric power without running the main truck engine.

Having an APU helps save money in fuel costs and saves wear and tear on the main engine, though they tend to be expensive to install and maintain. Therefore only a very small percentage of the trucks on the road today come equipped with an APU.
