Today I got approved for Millis trucking school in Texas after roehl sent me home for not passing my pre cdl because I timed out on the 90. That was in February some back story I’m from a small town in Arkansas. For 4 years I was in the phone business single male 29 no kids made 53000 last year before I quit in September and went into the car business. My gf lived in Little Rock which is 45 mins away so I started looking at jobs and places up there. Got an apt and start at Crain Hyundai before I quit my job. Well the car business wasn’t for me I got laid off in January. So my stepdad an owner operator told me to get into trucking. I got accepted into roehl and the week before I was supposed to leave my car broke down and yes it my fault. By march I lost my apartment and all of my things. People has told me you have to go thru these challenges in order to come out stronger. I believe this is it and I’ll come out on top.

IF you're going through hell, keep going. Life repeatedly throws these challenges at you so you have opportunity to learn from yourself. Embrace this and you'll go far! Learn to embrace change and the world will be yours. Stay positive. :)

Good luck man. Like you said you have to live in hell to get motivated to move up. My wife and I have lived in hell for a few years ourselves and we are ready for better things. I applied to Roehl myself and was turned down. I was told to call back after I got my CDL , but was told by all their ads to call while I was in school to line me up for when I graduated. They were my number 2 pick and now not even on the list.

Let us know how you like the current company and good luck.
