Those are the apps that I use. There are some apps on there that I don't have to use but once in a great while when I have a broker load and have to download one of their apps to track us....so I keep them. My runs are pretty dedicated to NE, CO, WY, UT, NV and CA or basically I-80. Occasionally I go to s.w. KS or the panhandle of OK. When I do, I will look at the weather and download those apps across US 54 and I-40. But for the most part I don't run them enough to keep them on my phone.
I use the free version of Trucker Path for parking when I plan on parking at a truck stop....however, I mainly park on on-ramps in the states that allow it and weigh stations. I use my Garmin GPS for routing.
The TransFlo with the little number 1 on it, is how I send paperwork to the office. It is also what the company uses for our ELD. The TransFlo on my phone is going to be removed in another week after I go into recaps and I make sure the system is working on my tablet
Wind Compass gives wind where you are. A good weather app. A good free GPS for your phone is Hammer. I run two Garmins. I have DOT apps for the States I go through in the winter.
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

Hey Trucking Friends,
I hope y'all are well.
As a baby trucker, which apps would you recommend me to have?
I also appreciate a solid GPS app designed for truckers too.
