Are you able to personally run it down to the DMV? That would eliminate any issue of it not being uploaded in time. We can't speculate how your company will handle this. License suspensions are a serious thing. Even more if you knowingly operate any type of vehicle while it's suspended.

I received a no insurance ticket back in July. Friday I received a letter that stated I must submit an sr22 by 11/14/2023 or my license will be revoked. I’m submitting the sr22 tomorrow 11/6/2023, if the form is still processing by the 14th will my license be suspended? And if I’m honest will my company fire me or let me stay onboard?
