The Jakes on my Volvo has A 1 2 3 B. If I'm in hilly terrain I can keep it on A(utomatic) and usually set it to activate when I hit 1 to 2 mph over my cruise speed. If I'm really heavy it doesn't always keep up. If even 3 needs a boost, I tap it down to B for a bit. Too long and a Check light comes on the dash.
I also like keeping it on during traffic and 1 2 or 3 will cancel the cruise like I believe Davy said his does.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
You running with Versatile too? Their new terminal turned out beautiful and they do run very nice equipment. I see them all the time through Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Yes, Robert B. I am. Monday and Tues was orientation and yesterday I ran a load to Omaha and now I'm on my way to Edgerton KS to pick up ATV things and take to Interlochen and Mio MI. Easy run and if allowed, I will go out of route a little bit and visit three of my brothers in Illinois, just north of Peoria 😁
I like the fact that there are many Veterans in the office and the Safety guy is a driver, who still does driving trips. It's a laid-back company.

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
