Most people mount the TV at foot of the bed, irrespective of truck make. Mounting it so you have to lay down isn't a prudent move and liable to end up with a tv on your face. I know it's possible because several of the intertrashinal drivers in our fleet have tvs mounted in them.
I have a 40 inch mounted in my KW. I customized the mount and fabricated the extension to hold it.

The Internationals have the cheapest possible interiors, so there's no TV mount built-in. I was thinking of making a setup where the TV can be mounted underneath the top bunk and face downwards. Does anyone have a setup like this? I ordered an ASUS ZenScreen 24” Monitor, which comes with various mounts.
