So you signed on to Western Express, and WE financed your training. Then you left.
How did you come to leave? Western Express should have given you enough business to make the payments, no doubt they were deducted from your paycheck. Did you decide trucking wasn't for you? Did WE have a reason for letting you go?
You're next point of information is "I no longer have my CDL." How did that happen?
Finally you did sign a contract where the company paid for the training which you completed. You promised to pay them back (the contract). Training provided, CDL gotten. Sounds like you owe Western Express the money.

I was under contract with Western Express for their training. I left and couldn’t pay. I no longer have my CDL. Does that contract stay open for life preventing me from training with another carrier?
