Hi, I’m trying to navigate the Schneider service dog disability accommodation process and have been denied. Has anyone actually been successful? It seems that they approve no one with a disability to have their service dog.

Has this happened to anyone and did they pursue it legally? Any recommendations I just want to drive with my service dog.

Does Schneider normally allow pets? If not it could be an insurance issue.

Are we talking during training or once upgraded?

Prime will not allow them during training. The trucks are small and they cannot force a trainer to take the dog on.

Is it truly a service dog, or is it an emotional support animal? There is a difference. Many people interchange the wording.
