Was onboarding for you same as an otr driver?

Yes. The onboarding process is really just to see if you pre trip and drive the truck like they want you to. Your domicile is really the determining factor on whether you run OTR or Turn.

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
