Hey folks,

I’m new to the forum and just wanted to say hello.

I work in the freight and carrier space and spend most of my time talking with brokers, dispatchers, and safety teams. I’ve been around the industry for a while, and I’m here to learn, share, and hopefully contribute something useful.

Looking forward to swapping stories, asking questions, and getting to know some of you here.

Dispatcher:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Hi there M A., I also work in the freight and carrier space. My space in which I work measures about 8ft x 12ft. Within this relatively small space I house my office, gym, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and den. How can I possibly fit all those things into this little space? Because I am a truck driver. Nice to meet you.
