We actually do have a Celadon driver here in the forum, his name is Joe. Keep in mind that Celadon's school is a new program for them, and they really have suffered some growing pains getting it off the ground. So, if everything isn't going going real well just be patient with them - we've had some reports about long waits for a trainer to be available, but hopefully they have gotten some of the bugs worked out of the system by now. It;s a fine company and a great place for you to make a new start.

I almost considered them at one point but they didn't hire out of my area and I also heard they ordered 500 New Lonestars. I think its them anyways but I could be wrong.

That would be awesome to drive one of those! I seen a lonestar on the Celadon home page. one of the last of the classic looking trucks.

Thank you Old school I cant wait to get out there and get rolling. I will try to find Joe and ask him some questions. I noticed that the student driver program was new, I was kind of worried about there being some bugs. From everything ive learned here on truckingtruth, a good attitude and a positive outlook can overcome a lot of things. Im happy to hear that its a good company and I have heard a lot of positive and promising things. I want to work as hard as I can for them and prove I was worth taking the chance on :)
