Lying in a hospital bed after surgery yesterday, I see another accident involving a tractor trailer and a cement truck in Mawah on Rte 287. Apparently the driver of the trailer hit a stationery cement truck. Very disheartening. Wish all the drivers would join TT, I think they would be safer drivers.

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
