Terry your comments are spot on. Guyjax approach was professional. Some other moderators need to handle differences in opinion the same way. Some people act like being a moderator is a job title. They also say they have retired from training only after one student. Some people aren't smart and hard working enough to handle and run their own business. We call those guys company drivers. That's why they get the short trucks haha. The proof of the pudding is in the eating and I honestly feel the argument I have made is a valid one backed up with facts not opinions.

Maybe so, but your basing your opinion on leasing through hear say. You haven't done it. Your assuming leasing is a bad thing. And once again your further validating my previous post.

Daniel SERIOUSLY! !!!!!!!! You really need to learn that its not what you say but the way you say what you say thats the problem. I have sat back for a long time and watched you transition from this sweet kid to this know it all jack*** and frankly its unbecoming of you.. Just because someone doesnt think like you do doesnt mean that they are wrong and quite frankly Im surprised that your biased opinions have been allowed and seem to go unnoticed. As a moderator you are suppose to be here to help people not insult them and put them down.

Thanks RedGator I didn't think anyone would see my side...Daniel does have an extreme fan club and I was worried they would throw me under the bus. But yes it would be in Terrys best interest to talk to other lease operators to see how well its working out for them as well.

After the 10th insult I've taken I think it's called for. I respect other people's opinion but after being told I can't manage my day to day business, after being told I drive a LW truck because I can't handle anything bigger, and after many more insults - what do you expect? I'm nice but I don't just sit and take insult after insult. Reread their posts please.

Daniel, she and others do have some merit to what they are saying. I too have read your posts for a while. I've been on this forum longer than you have. I would like to offer that you learn to temper your responses with some grace. I don't mean this as an instigation, but rather an admonishment. I can relate because I can be like you. I've mellowed a bit w/ age, but I can sometimes be a bit idealistic, and quick to shoot from the hip. Take it for what it's worth. You've got insight, experience, and have done well for yourself. Don't let it get to your head, and learn to take some criticism.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Daniel I read the thread before I commented and so many others before this one and again I stick by what I say. You really need to watch how you say things to people because again as I said numerous times its how you say things that puts ppl on guard. You have a right to have personal opinions but so does everyone else and as a MODERATOR it is your job to be as biased as possible. This forum is for HELPFUL, FRIENDLY advise. And yesim going to be harder on you because you have taken on a roll to set a STANDARD!
