Anyone know what payments will be if you don't finish your 240 thousand mile team contracts? Haven't gave up yet not wanted to rock the boat either just don't wanna kill a good trucking career. They say you have to finish team to go solo. Frustrated!

Is team driving that bad? I think you should be patient.
How many miles you still need to go? I would hang in and endure this phase of your career.
Now, you at least know that team driving is not what you prefer.

It is recommended to stay with a company at least one year. How many months have you completed so far? If your partner is not that good, get another. Learning perseverance is part of your training.

If your still in training now would probably be the time to decide, in or out. I would think that your paperwork that you signed would have the cost of training and penalties, if not then ask.good-luck.gif
