Hi, Truckers Does anyone have any advice on debboer transportation or Transport America are they good to work for?????? Thanks

I think that for someone any place can be a good place to work. Personality clashes seem to be the worst. The people that you hear complaining about different companies seem to be the lower rung drivers.

I worked for a guy for a year and a half and even allowed my pay to be delayed because I liked the guy. Well then he tries to start blaming everything on me and I had enough and got another job the next day. Heck he even blamed me for a truck breakdown 1.5 weeks after I quit driving... LOL

So in answer to your question, only you can answer that question. You may find 5 people that hated the place and then find 5 more that have been there for over 20 years and would not think of going anywhere else. Take everything that you hear about specific companies with a grain of salt and talk to them and see for yourself. It may be that they had a rash of bad hires that just did not work out for one reason or another.
