Forgot to mention, ran through some mountain passes on the way , Cabbage pass and Grants pass. We'll probably run those again on the way back.
Ah my home stomping grounds. Too many invasive species living there now!
Very cool HetzelMr! It sure doesn't take long to cover a lot of ground and experience a lot out there. A week of life on the road is about the equivalent of a month living at home when you consider the super long days, the wild variety of experiences, and the ground you cover. Once you get used to life on the road, life at home is boring!
Oh nonononono. If you want REALLY good Mexican food in the Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia area, find a Las Margaritas. Or, better yet, if you're specifically in Tacoma, call a cab (I can make a recommendation for that too, if you want) and get yourself over to Moctezuma's. Best chile rellenos EVER.

So, we dropped off early this mornin in Oregon, and now my trainer is taking a day of hometime, so, that means i have the night off.
Its only been a week and a half but i've covered a lot of ground in this truck. Washington, Oregon, Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pensilvania, and New York.
Ive been exposed to day, night, rain, some snow(Wyoming) , city driving, hiway driving , and finished off today with a blind side parralell park that I nailed.
Oh, BTW. If you find yourself in the NW and needing some mexican food, find a Puerto Vallarta- good food, great red sauce, highly recommend.
we'll be headed back to Springfield tomorrow, now, im gonna study some pre trip
