I applied at knight on Monday drug test on Tuesday as well as hair. I know I'm gonna be positive on hair. I got a prescription for Oxy. I called the MRO rt o give them my script info to be proactive.. Still no results. I'm getting agitated. I have a perfectly safe MVR and PSP. How long should it take? Or do any of y'all know of a company dedicated Denver Portland?

MVR:

Motor Vehicle Record

An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.

From my experiences with the drug screens most companies contract the lab work out to whoever is closest certified lab. normally 3-5 business days to get results. in your case the results will be evaluated against the script info you provided. can take 1-3 business days depending on the workload of the lab. these labs have many clients and you get put in line upon receipt. at this point I would say your ok on time frame, it being normal. still aggravating waiting. but you better get used to hurray up and wait in this industry.

I can tell you from experience it's probably the drug screen. I too have/had script for oxy and norco, both in system. Took about 2-3 weeks for them to verify everything. They call the prescribing doc, get the info from him to make sure the script is legal.. They could just be waiting g for the doc to fax over the verified script.

They had me give up my scripts and sign a document stating I will not be taking narcotics while driving. Dunno if it'll be the same for you just a possibility.

first OXY is a synthetic , and not sure about the hair follicle test "but on the 5 panel " DOT drug screen those synthetics " NORCO / OXY /TRAMADOL/ HYDROCODONE dont show up !!!!

only codINE / heroine / THC / COCANE / METH SHOWS UP on a 5 panel test ...

i've been told the follicle test is the same .. I will research this ... and I know others who've applied to knight & the didn't do follicle test so ???

second NEVER tell them of any scripts you take ,,,,,

I'm on fenatnly / tramadol ..and it dont show on the 5 panel tests ..just took one for D& D in gooding Id 3 mos ago. I drive casually for a guy leased to them .....Fent. is synthetic, tramadol isn't opiate

the safety lady in gooding didnt even know this info .

I hope that helped !

If your no longer taking the meds, depending on how long you took them for, it takes up to 90 days to leave your system on a hair test

I have not followed this thread closely for various reasons but if you are waiting to hear word from the trucking company you took the test for then it will be a long wait. If you failed they figured you knew and moved on so no one will waist their time contacting you. You will need to call them if you want answers.
