I'm a flatbedder for Prime about 6 months now and I'm about your size. I love it and have no problems doing my job. I've seen women doing it and older guys that limp when they walk.
Don't worry about your size, if you want to pull a skateboard I say go for it.

No, but I have had plenty of conversations with their drivers at shippers and receivers. They all seem very professional and satisfied with their situation. It seems to be a well run company that has plenty of freight.
Shipper:
The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.
