Hi everyone, I was wondering if truckers have difficulties using their personal cards? I once had my card blocked because I drove to a different city and bank suspected it was stolen. Also - since driver is usually on the road, replacing lost or blocked card can be somewhat troublesome. How do you guys manage this?

You can inform your bank of your job and they will lower security so it works everywhere. Also what i did was open a new account with my bank. I did not allow them to issue a card for it or checks for that matter. Then i use that account for my direct deposit and to hold the majority of my money. Then via my smart phone, i log in and transfer money into my other account with a debit card as i need it to pay bills and live on for a week. Then if someone gets my card or #, there is very little money in it. And always keep enough cash to get you by if you loose your card. Good luck

P.s. i am sure people here will have alot of good ideas too

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Soon enough, Apple Pay or whatever, will be everywhere.

Hey Darth, like Ricky said just let your bank know you will be bouncing around. I have two separate banks and have not had an issue yet.
