At Werner we use Transflow but we either send in the bills with the mobile app on our phones or you scan at a terminal or you can send the trips in by mail. Not allowed to use truck stops to scan bills in which is more than ok with me.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Thank you for your responses means a lot to me. Who's the biggest costumer for your companies? I'm guessing wal mart or targets? Can someone explain the process on a delivery when accepting a load, how do you know what bay or dock to back into? Who do you speak to once at the final stop receiving? Thank you in advance, make it a safe day drivers!

This stuff you will learn during training. But basically when your approaching your shipper/receiver slow down and look for signs, truck entrance, shipping or receiving. Sometimes there's notes on the Qualcomm , like my last pickup the instructions said to park out front in gravel area. Sometimes you can check in over the CB with the shipper. Or at least talk with the guard shack.

Shipper:

The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.

Qualcomm:

Omnitracs (a.k.a. Qualcomm) is a satellite-based messaging system with built-in GPS capabilities built by Qualcomm. It has a small computer screen and keyboard and is tied into the truck’s computer. It allows trucking companies to track where the driver is at, monitor the truck, and send and receive messages with the driver – similar to email.

Thank you a lot for your responses! It's just seems confusing in the beginning I'm sure when you get there at the shipper so many other trucks waiting too.
