I got confidence thanks to the High Road Training Program. I only studied sections I needed for my required endorsements. When I get more endorsements I will definitely come back to it. Thanks Trucking Truth members and Mr. Aquila!

The test was much easier than I thought! And not nearly as many questions.

I got my permit and I am ready to start with Prime Inc. on Dec. 1st! Woot!

I'm only worried about my blood pressure.... 138/78. A little high on the top, but not HBP. I think it might have been the nicotine I consumed literally 5 minutes before the physical, and the BP was the second thing they tested.

My resting heart rate is comparable to a pro athlete, so I know I'm healthy.

What happens if my BP is over the limits when I take Prime's physical? Will it bar me from truck driving? I will be really up a stream without a paddle and a hole in the boat!!

You were in acceptable range that first time. Just eat healthy foods, drink lots of water, restrict salt as much as possible, and NO NICOTINE the day of your BP test until you've passed. Try like hell to relax and rest well too!

This is the regimen I took after failing my BP test the first time. I dropped it from 180/110 the first time to 140/90 on day three of school. Good enough to get cleared. I didn't realize just how much my old job was literally killing me until I took that physical!

Good luck, and good health!
