THC metabolizes very, very slowly, you only shed a couple of dozen micrograms per day. Increasing metabolic rate will help but not if you do it just before the test. You should wait at least 90 days after your last use. Too many people come here and post about drug test failures after only waiting for a few weeks or a month. THC is a slow ass drug, regardless of how little you think you have consumed, and people need to understand and respect that if they want to take it before or during this career or any other that requires a drug test

At least you did smoke to fail. I just got a call from the doctor who said that my urine was diluted. WTF! Now I have to see what my school says tomorrow about what I need to do. This is irritating. I went to the clinic and had to use the restroom because I had a bowel movement(ate an tangerine) and decided to drink water so i would be able to go when the time came, but diluted? Man I hope I do not get skipped. I have bought my uniforms, textbook, etc. I have not touched weed in a few years now and was not big into then. WTF! I know no one is going to believe me with all the dopers out there doing that stuff! I wonder if I can take a blood test?
