It's good to pull your MVR BEFORE you start doing applications. A lot of things will "fall off" MVR's (depending on state policy) with time - dually outside of the "3-5 year window" that trucking companies are looking at though.
Interesting that most applications ask for CONVICTIONS - while "adjudication withheld" is NOT a conviction.
You CAN NOT DO DRIVING SCHOOL with a CDL , in order to avoid the points/conviction - but a judge is free to just withhold adjudication if he so chooses (like as in - IF YOU ASK).

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Sooo... I had thought that a minor at fault accident from 4/17/2012 would for sure be on my MVR. I even already disclosed that to my driving school recruiter. He said no problem. Well, for poops and giggles I went and pulled my MVR today. And guess what? The accident is not listed at all. Nada. But what is listed is a speeding ticket from 2010 that I went to traffic school for and was supposed to be gone. It's showing as adjudicated withheld-but it's still there. And who has been paying an insurance premium for that accident for 3 years? This guy-because I admitted it on my insurance application. Good news I think since the speeding ticket was <10 miles over so nothing reckless. And it's almost 5 years old now... Anyway... lesson one learned.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.MVR:
