Was told I am taking too long to progress in training program. What do I do now? I am a little more slower in grasping everything I need to do with driving the truck. I know what to do and I thought I was getting it all down. Should I continue my quest or give up.?

Chris, the title says ... You Don't Get Hired, but your message seems to say you take too long for studying.

Did someone tell you to get out of a program, or what?

As for quitting, something as big as training & getting a new career does not get an "ahh screw it!" decision. Get the details out here so your friends can help you work it out.

Do you want to give up? Is that it? Fact that some people take longer to develop the skills needed doesn't mean hang up the towel. It means be determined to conquer quicker. So if it's in your heart I would stick it out till the pack my bags and send me home
