Thinking about switching from Mesilla Valley Transportation over to Con-Way. I've heard good things about Conway but would rather know from actual drivers what they don't like and what they do.

Bash it or not I'm just using this to weigh out my option/opportunity on what I should decide.

I have no personal experience but I worked for a company that had a Conway truck do pickups and deliveries a few times a week. The driver was in his mid 50s and when asked how he liked Conway his response was "last company I will ever drive for". He was very happy with how they treated him and had been with 7 companies in his career.
