I ran across a site called "National District Attorneys Association". Among many other topics, they have some interesting Trucking related files. Follow this link: NDAA Publications. This page has links to most things a District Arttorney is interested in, from Gangs to Animal Cruelty. In the Traffic Law section there are:
CDL Quick Reference Guide - a two page list of "everything an officer needs to know". The online version has live links to important source material.
Commercial Drivers’ Licenses: A Prosecutor’s Guide to the Basics of Commercial Motor Vehicle Licensing and Violations (published 2011) - a 46 page PDF of things Commercial Drivers need to know. I can't put a direct link here, but you can find the document direct-download link in the Traffic Law section.
