So Brett... if you are reading this....here's my list of wanna's I wanna be able to put smileys ANYWHERE IN MY POST !!!! I wanna go back and edit my post, so I don't look like a begining english failer I wanna have spell check....so I can use THE BIG WORDS !!!!

Ok, so you mentioned in a different topic that you've updated your browser and now the smileys work properly and you have spellcheck, correct? Welcome to 2013 and all of our new-fangled technology smile.gif

I'm going to add the ability to edit your previous post, but in the meantime please feel free to proofread your message before hitting submit. I know, that's a radical concept. I got it from the newspaper industry who found it quite difficult to go back and edit their articles after they had been submitted and printed onto paper.

And you thought you were the only one that could be a smartass??? rofl-2.gifdancing-banana.gif

BMI:

Body mass index (BMI)

BMI is a formula that uses weight and height to estimate body fat. For most people, BMI provides a reasonable estimate of body fat. The BMI's biggest weakness is that it doesn't consider individual factors such as bone or muscle mass. BMI may:

  • Underestimate body fat for older adults or other people with low muscle mass
  • Overestimate body fat for people who are very muscular and physically fit

It's quite common, especially for men, to fall into the "overweight" category if you happen to be stronger than average. If you're pretty strong but in good shape then pay no attention.
