I'm not familiar with TSI so I can't help you there. However we have a ton of information about the DOT Physical including the blood pressure requirements for commercial drivers and information about hypertension (high blood pressure).
Basically if your blood pressure is above 140/90 then you'll need medications to keep it below that point. It's no big deal at all. Half of the industry is on blood pressure medications I think so that's not going to stop you.
Let me say this also. If you're close to that number you may want to consider medications simply because your blood pressure will almost certainly be higher during your DOT physical. The stress of the physical gets to everyone, especially if they're concerned about something in particular. So your blood pressure might be fine most of the time but may spike during the physical. Be aware of that.
