I realize people may think my questions are shallow and lack forethought however, I am not from the trucking world and I'm not always confident as to what I should know.... I'm glad to know there are people out there like you and Jopa to make it a bit easier

so, I was wondering... as a female is it required or assumed that I should have a female trainer at whatever company I am accepted with? Am I able to request a male? Maybe a male more of my age? ( no offense to the "kids" here) :)

Also, what about personality conflicts.... how does a company match a trainee to a trainer? Luck of the draw?

I have been a stay at home mom. I cannot show an income other than my husbands. How do Truck Companies view that?

Thats brings up a good question.... Is there a way to find out what drugs are not acceptable? Maybe a list? Im thinking along the lines of sleeping pills (Rx)
