I have been looking on Amazon for one but the laminated ones are 70$ the cheap paper ones are about 10$ is there somewhere i can get on for less than 70$ money is low right now i need all i can save to feed the family while training

Depending on the truck stop, you can get a laminated one for $30 or $40.

Thanks Dave there is a Love's 20 miles from here going to make a trip there and see if i can score one I would really like to get a laminated one .

Don't get me wrong i love technology but id like to learn the old way and make sure i can do it not rely on Gps

Definitely get the laminated one and a dry erase marker so you can highlight routes and make notes on the map. Plus they are way more durable too and will last you a lot longer.

Hey, don't forget a wet erase marker for semi-permanent notes - favorite truck stops, shippers, toll rates for a given turnpike, etc.

BTW, 2015 is outdated now. Be on the lookout for those instead of newer 2016. Save a few bucks there.

Shipper:

The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Loves was out but i found one at a Pilot (last one) both places were 29.99 on a side note i got the rewards card from both places

FYI, laminated 2016 ones on Amazon have dropped to $50.30 right now.

I saw them at the Iowa 80 Walcott truck stop, at the fuel center, for less. $29.99
