You are asking some crazy questions but I sense they are being asked honestly. Are you in school or studying the High Road Training? If not, please go through the training. It will literally teach you everything you need to know.
No, you don't clean an air compressor governor. You would however need to drain your air tanks at the end of each day, IF they have manual drains.

I agree with Sue. I still have not figured out this Zachary B. charcter yet...Very vague and odd...
But you need to keep an eye on your blinker fluids, and them pesky muffler bearings
