So through my research, I have decided on three possibly four companies. Knight, Schneider, Baylor, and driver solutions ( I know more of a school, leaning either way really). I just do not know if Baylor helps obtain a cdl license.
Did you look on Baylor's website? Did you see the tab "Driving Opportunities"? Then the tab on the left that says "Student Driver"?

Baylor offers a Tuition Assistance Program that allows a driver to earn an additional $150.00 per month for 18 months. This program begins after a driver is assigned his/her own unit.

I figured that is why it was a maybe. I am also trying to get in touch with a local freight company here. Midwest specialized has a hub 5 minutes from my house, they appear to be regional so I am guessing I need at least 6-12 months experience
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.

Mills has a nice dedicated division as well, most are east of I35. So many schools. Lol.
