Some guys seem to have alot more info that i didnt even concider. What info did they have that you did not consider?
Just little tips on backing and 90°docking that helped me visionize the maneuver before I am even in the truck.
For me I was actually quite good at the 90 degree backing to the dock. Biggest advice and hardest thing to learn with it is anticipation of the trailer. You have to remember the trailer will still keep turning some even after you begin to straighten it out. Hope that makes sense. Our teacher says it's the hardest backing to learn for drivers and some still can't do it. He may just be saying that though.

You don't have to do a 90 degree dock to pass your skills. The skills test consists of straight line back, offset left back and parallel park driver side

That might vary on location. I know for us we had to straight line back and parallel park and pull to a line. It was state tester choice as to the which side we had to parallel park, sight side or blind side. I also know our school stated with the next class 90 degree dock backing was going to become a new state requirement as well to get license.
Holy freaking paper work george!
