I can understand the concern if the trucks are parked really close to houses where they can hear the engine running and smell the fumes. Day in and day out that would drive you insane. But if they're parking in what sounds like commercial zones anyhow then I wouldn't expect there to be houses to awful close.
Yes, for the distribution center; but not so much near the Applebee's. It's not visible from the google maps view, but there are a bunch of mid-rise apartment adjacent to the Walmart/Applebee's. They appear newly built in the street view from August, 2015. This town is east of Allentown and Bethlehem. If I were to guess, it's going through a period of redevelopment - farmland being converted into residential and commercial (non-agricultural) lots. It looks like a very new town, er township. It was a lightly populated place with farms and businesses between two older population centers Bethlehem and Nazereth, but now it's growing up.
