I would say it's not impossible. At 60mph it's still under a 70 hour week. Depending on how you run your clocks. Getting it consistantly might be something else. I have run 4100 miles in a week shut down on the last load with 15 min left on my 70. Truck was a 68 mph truck and I was running back and forth across the flat lands and no city driving. I would take a look at your pay check as well also are those dispatch miles or real miles.

I've run some amazing weeks too man but you can't do 3,900 miles per week for 7.5 months straight without skipping a beat especially as a rookie in your first year.

I agree. Unless Scott never had a single day of home time in 7.5 months, and never had any slow days whatsoever (which, in trucking, is impossible), I don't see how the math adds up.

Okay Scott. You gotta come clean. Nobody here believes the number. You're talking 15,669 miles per month. Wow!

If you're not making $5k per month, you need to ask your DM what's going on with your pay. If you're turning those kind of miles as a solo driver, you MUST be one of the top drivers for the company and they owe you BIG TIME. :)

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Scott was also the guy saying he wanted to run more while his "team/partner" wanted to watch football.... pretty sure its got to be team miles .....the DM would have no idea who turned them as "team miles" are split between drivers so his name would be on that many miles for the term but would be accountable for 1/2 of them ( if its a fair split) more or less if it hasn't been "fair" ... we just had a group in today and talked about maximum miles available and the numbers are lower then that although for team in 7months those would be a little low for a top level team ( based on the numbers shared today)... just how I see it although based on others comments I cant see how its possible either to have turned that many

Wonder if that's team miles, it's a big number for a solo driver, I am just coming up on my 1 year, and I have around 125k?????

double-quotes-end.png

Its solo.. I asked my dm for the total miles I drove for crst so far...she said 117520

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought CRST was a team only company? How are you running solo with CRST? This definitely sounds like team miles and that I can agree with at 117k. Totally solo miles in anything but a ungoverned truck and paper logs? Not so much.

OK so I'm saying what she said... I'll ask her again... I wasn't trying to make myself look good or anything.. Maybe she did misunderstand me when I asked for my total miles but I've had 3 co drivers and yes very little home time...
