Yea full auto fleet. Honestly you can't go wrong with either company. You make your own routes with us. As long as it's legal and you don't get too far off track they won't bother you. I've only been stuck out a few times when craziness happens. Living in AR would help since we have lots of freight out there. I considered McElroy as well but ended up here. I believe Parrot still drives for them, he'll probably reply to your other post.

Awsome thanks for the info. I think maverick will be my choice possibly cause the location and higher chance of closer routes to home. Hope they call me back next week

So they do hair follicle drug testing? Would it be better being upfront about marijuana use, it's been a while for me mainly when I got off of active duty 3 years ago, but I do know that hair follicle test are very in depth, so just wondering if it's something I need to bring up. I have never failed a drug test before.

Yes they do hair and urine test. Only you know when the last time you used was. I'd like to think that you're clean if it's been 3 years but I'm not sure. I like the idea of being upfront but I also wouldn't want to be done before I had a shot to pass. I really don't know how to answer that. Most companies have some form of testing so it would have to happen at some point.

Being up front or not won't help one bit if you fail a drug test. That is the one thing that will end your chances at this career. We don't judge you here one way or the other, but we do want you to know the consequences of a failed test.

Being upfront about drug use is necessary for all prescription medicines that you take. There is a form that must be filled out that requires that disclosure, and it's purpose is to protect you from failing your test if those meds show up on the test. With an illegal substance, being upfront doesn't do you any good, even if you were prescribed it in a state where it is legal.

DO NOT go to an orientation where they are hair testing unless you haven't smoked for one full year. Others may advise less time, but i recommend ONE FULL YEAR. We've had several people come in here telling us they had been clean for six to nine months and then failed a hair test. Don't risk it.

Also, you need to remember that you will be subject to random testing. In the past two years I've been tested eight times! This is something they don't play games with, and a refusal to be tested is listed as a failure. A refusal means that you're done in this industry.

To confirm old schools recommend 1 year, my roommate during orientation there said he hadn't smoked in months and assumed he was in the clear. He never made it to job offers day. Orientation starts Sunday and they test on Monday so it's no joke.

Thought they tested on Tuesday. I remember as it was no breakfast that day. Ahhh the food was quite good during training

It's no breakfast on Monday because the testing takes so long.
