Z sounds like they were looking for a way out, and you gave it to them. I had a past student have this happen to him, I would advise looking for a job with another company. I run dedicated as well, and we get 4 days off a month. We are not allowed to bank our time. With out it being on Qualcomm I think your out of luck. If you want to stay local I would check into some other OTR companies that might have local work. Also what old school said was dead on with how things work at companies. Good luck.
