Well, I have 6 months of experience and I just left for Werner this morning. I was told 2 day orientation and I get my truck on Monday. But I'm sure there's more to it then that, so I'm just curious, anyone know how much bull**** I should look forward to?

I have only worked for one company . Swift for for 6 months . I don't know what it will be like at werner but I wish you good luck !

Werner is a good company. The best way to look at every company is that the company is always good. The individuals running it is a different matter. I've been with Werner for eight months and I enjoy it.

No big issues that can't be fixed.

Z, why the negativity? You chose Werner...they are giving you a chance. Remember, orientation is a prolonged job interview and isn't over until you have your driver code and fuel card. You went through Swift orientation, you know what to expect.

Good luck, make it happen.
