This is kind of an odd question. My brother owns a bar and is looking into getting a party bus, and asked if I want to drive it on the weekends since I only run M-F on my fleet. I know its a separate endorsement for passengers, but I'm also concerned if I was involved in an accident driving the bus, could it potentially cost me my cdl? I know I'm a safe driver, but driving a bunch of drunk people around to different bars on city streets at night on the weekends, seems like a big risk to take. What do you guys think?
Big risk and yes it will affect your cdl and job. I would tell your brother to drive it

Ahmalia, another thing to consider is that technically it counts against your hours. I realize you aren't keeping a log book on the bus, but you are getting into an area where you are possibly going to be violating some HOS rules. You most probably could get away with it, but I think it is a little on the risky side.
You've got a great job - I wouldn't take the risk of messing it up.
Driving a bus full of drunk people around sounds more like a job for someone with years and years of experience driving a bus. Like a veteran school bus driver who shuttled all the worst kids from the worst schools around for years. Or someone who worked all of the worst routes and stations Greyhound has to offer. I know you're an experienced, excellent driver, but driving a bus like that might be out of most CDL holders' leagues.
