I can't see that happening. Once you've passed the test that CDL is yours as long as you keep your medical card up to date. It might be a little more difficult to find a company to hire you but if they've hired from that school in the past they have a good idea what their program is/was like.

There was an instance a few years ago, where a trucking school that used it's own "3rd party testers" (believe it was in Tennessee) was found to have been passing folks improperly. I believe every CDL that was issued by the testers in question, were invalidated, and the holders had to re-test.
MyWay - if you tested at the State DMV , by DMV testers (not the schools), you should be OK.

I always forget about 3rd party testing. I tested with the state and didn't even know there was such a thing as 3rd party testing until a couple weeks ago.

I was asked that if a CDL School shuts down or loses its accreditation what would that mean for a former cdl graduate of that school, would they lose there cdl due to that?
