You could use an inexpensive antenna and simply pick up local programming, or you could get a more expensive satellite antenna for your truck with a subscription to directv or dish, providing your company will allow the equipment to be installed.
I simply watch movies etc on my tablet. Some people do this with laptops also.
Personally, I've never had the time for T.V.
I'm all go, go, go... and then I'm resting/sleeping.
Some of the carriers actually provide T.V. service in their trucks - if it's important to you then look for a carrier who provides it for you. I know Western Express recently started providing it, and some others also.
