Hey Sixto, keep plugging away, but you should have gotten yourself some pre-hire letters before you attended school so you would not be searching so hard now.
Check this stuff out:
Also you may find some help at this section on our web site: Trucking Companies That Hire People with Felonies
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Pre-hire letters are acceptance letters from trucking companies to students, or even potential students, to verify placement. The trucking companies are saying in writing that the student, or potential student, appears to meet the company's minimum hiring requirements and is welcome to attend their orientation at the company’s expense once he or she graduates from truck driving school and has their CDL in hand.
We have an excellent article that will help you Understand The Pre-Hire Process.
The people that receive a pre-hire letter are people who meet the company's minimum hiring requirements, but it is not an employment contract. It is an invitation to orientation, and the orientation itself is a prerequisite to employment.
During the orientation you will get a physical, drug screen, and background check done. These and other qualifications must be met before someone in orientation is officially hired.
I'm definitely going to keep on trying. Thanks for the links to check out. I am not going to let my past mistakes define who I am now.

I completely agree with you Sixto, hold your head high and be the kind of person you are today... But, this has nothing to do with defining what kind of person you are now - this is called ramifications, and brother, trust me, had I know what some of the ramifications were that I would face in my life, I never would have done some of the things I did in my youth.
Fortunately there are some places that will give you a shot - once you get that chance, do everything you can to keep it. Here's some good news for you - once you've been doing this for a few years and have some good solid verifiable experience, that old record of yours is going to bother a lot less of these companies. So... hang in there and "git er done."
