Just take it slow out there and get out and look a lot when you're backing. Getting in a hurry and making assumptions are two of the biggest reasons rookies bump into things. Take your time, keep your cool, and no bumping into things!
Thanks!! I will do! Backing with a spread tandem trailer is a bit tricky but more the reason to use caution! I can imagine flat bed won't be backing much but never say never

A set of axles spaced close together, legally defined as more than 40 and less than 96 inches apart by the USDOT. Drivers tend to refer to the tandem axles on their trailer as just "tandems". You might hear a driver say, "I'm 400 pounds overweight on my tandems", referring to his trailer tandems, not his tractor tandems. Tractor tandems are generally just referred to as "drives" which is short for "drive axles".
I load and unload flatbeds that back into my shop all the time.

Passed the road test now they have me set up with a trainer on a local route till they can find me a trainer in my region to train me! I'm pretty excited! Just wanted to put it out there. I've read a lot of stuff on here and followed a lot of instructions thanks for providing the info to help me along!
