Congrats! stay safe and enjoy the freedom. Gonna be brutal when I leave next week for school. after I get my cdl I have to team drive for two months before I can test out for my own truck. But with everything to learn out on the road. I'm willing to do what I gotta do.

Aaron, Yes, it can be Brutal, but trust me, it is worth it!! I started on this journey over a year ago.....June 2015. I did tons of research, waded through TONS of internet BS, scoured through thousands of posts on this forum and others. TT has been by far my best resource. I started School in April of this year. This is not for the weak of heart, hot heads, or slackers! Patience and the ability to go with the flow are key! Plan your day, but don't plan the results. Keep a level head and you will succeed! Good Luck!

Sweet!!!!! I'm a huge fan of automatics. Truck driving is challenging enough. I like one more thing to make it a little easier and safer

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Yupper🤓! I was driving through Blythe CA yesterday when a Taylor Swift song came on the radio. It was the first time I even linked the two names together, then I thought, Hey, Chickie named her truck Theodore, I should name mine too! And there you have it folks, the inner workings of Tractor Mans feeble brain!shocked.png
