Cant seem to get my phone to "find" the Bluetooth on the radio in my 2015 Freightliner. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I can't recall how it happened, but I got my phone hooked into my Freightliner. (BTW the truck mic is lousy. I used fuel points& got a headset.

Fm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Press and hold the call button on the radio, if I remember correctly that will put it into pairing mode

There is a YouTube video on how to do it haha. That's how I got my phone hooked up. Just search how to connect phone to bluetooth freightliner stereo.

I got mine paired but it was a wasted effort. The microphone isn't up to the challenge. Now the truck shows up on my phones list of paired devices. BTW I didn't want the full headset, (illegal in CA now), so I got the single ear Plantronics from Walmart for $25?? and it's worked out fine. Same thing sells in truck stops for around $60.
