Try to book a load of baking soda?

I sometimes pick up loads of Tide or Swiffers, and that makes the trailer smell good.

That's a great idea, but when I'm looking for a load it never says what the freight is till I talk to the broker. I'm new at booking loads and the fish food was my own doing. I hauled hay a couple weeks ago and lost a load due to hay being stuck in the etrack holes. I'm learning the hard way apparently.

I have a chute in the reefer I spray with febreeze. On a wood floor I'd try spraying it.

Reefer:

A refrigerated trailer.

If worst comes to worst what I would do is buy a lil spray bottle, like for misting laundry or w/e or plants. fill it with 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 water...spritz it around the trailer, allow to dry, repeat if needed. vinegar is great actually for removing odors and actually kills mold and can keep it from growing back. had some mold in the basement starting on the house on some 2x4s when i first bought it, didn't realize that the whole carpet downstairs was soaking wet ( i passed on the house inspection =/ ). even soaked up the walls had to remove them too. used vinegar like this, let it sit, wiped em off, let it dry....looked good as new! went ahead and did a second spritz / dry to help kill any lingering mold and keep it from growing. if your able to get a fan in there to help circulate the air that might help when drying. Hope you find something that does the trick for u! good luck!
