If misdemeanor disorderly conduct convictions were a bar to trucking a lot of drivers would be out of work.

I have a rather lengthy post here. I.have been talking to a friend of mine that has kinda kick started my thinking once again. Anyway he recently had some trouble with the law. He and his wife got into an argument and he was arrested for disorderly conduct due to the county law. Neither him or his wife pressed charges and the argument was just "loud" for their.apartment building. Anyway his lawyer is trying to.get him a misdemeanor or city ordinance violation. He is embarrassed to ask anyone so I offered to ask for him. Will this affect his driving opportunities? He also is a beginner that would be going through cdl school.
